Proficient in UPS/monitoring shipping emails
Job Requirements: Proven customer service skills. Ability to promote and close on sales opportunities as well as deliver exceptional customer service.
Strong listening along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook), and Internet.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Upbeat, friendly, outgoing personality.
Bilingual preferred; Spanish.
Experience Required:
One or more years of experience working in an health care environment.
